Create stats summary

Create stats summary can be accessed from CRM Statistic Options. This option allows the Statistic process to be quicker when searching the data in the event file. A summary file is created so instead of having to search through 1000 events records for all contacts last year the summary will have 1 record with the date range of last year with the 1000 value.

Date Selection Criteria

Date From: Enter the year required to process the summary from. If a previous year is entered the option to process a full year will be available when selecting the Date to.

Date To: Click on the to select a month/full year required to process the summary to.

Event Selection Criteria

The event code and descriptions will be bold and are all selected when you first enter this form. To remove any of the codes from the process click the line.

Code: This is event code that is hard coded in the system.

Description: This is the description for the event.

Progress

The Progress bar will gradually populate when the Process button is select creating a summary period for the selection in the evsum file.

PUSH BUTTONS:

Process: Click on process and the system will create a summary period for your selection.

Cancel: Returns you to the CRM Statistic Options.

Help: Displays help on this application.
