Statistic ratio Columns are accessed from Statistics view maintenance. The ratio columns display graphical representation of the data in the form of a pie chart when accessing CRM Statistics. Ratio columns can be added, edited, deleted and viewed.
The following options are available to select depending on whether you are creating, editing or viewing a column.
Short name: This is a unique identifier for the ratio view and can be up to 10 characters numeric or alpha.
Content description: This is the description that will display in graph area of CRM statistics.
Ratio field 1: Click on the 
to select the first ratio field e.g. DEM
Ratio field 2: Click on the to select the second ratio field e.g. ORD
This example would display the ratio of Demo bookings to Orders taken.
Select Save, Cancel or Close to return to the Statistics view maintenance form.
