Statistic columns are accessed from Statistics view maintenance. The columns display in grid form when accessing CRM Statistics. The following options are available to select depending on whether you are creating or editing or viewing a column.
Short name: This is a unique identifier for the column view and can be up to 10 characters numeric or alpha.
Content description: This is the description that will display in CRM statistics grid heading.
Dividing line: Click into the box if you require to precede the column with a bold vertical dividing line when displaying CRM statistics.
Note: If you are displaying a column the icons for the maths logic will not be visible.
Maths logic: There are fields hard coded within the system. Each time a specific event occurs the system records this in an event file. You must enter the correct code or figures will not populate in CRM statistics. Click on 
icon to select the type of field for the column view e.g. CON will display contacts.
If you require the column to apply a simple math logic click on the 
to add a function e.g. CON - 5, (this would display contacts minus the last 5) or CON - FU, (this would display contacts minus follow-ups).
Select Save, Cancel or Close to return to the Statistics view maintenance form.
