Statistics View Maintenance can be accessed from CRM Statistic Options. A statistics view can be created with columns and ratios for either the sales department or aftersales department. When a view has been created and generated the user requires permission to enable a statistics view to display in Statistics Tab.
Tip: Information about the view displays in the bottom right hand side e.g. No view Loaded, Display mode, Amend mode.
Menu Icon Description File > New View Allows you to create a new statistics view. File > Load View Displays all views already created enabling one to be selected and loaded. If a view is already loaded it will display in grey. File > Close View Allow a view to be closed File > Edit View Allows a view that has been selected to be closed. File > Save View Allow a view to be saved. File > Exit Allows you to return to CRM Statistic Options Tools > Delete View Allows a view to be deleted. Tools > Permissions Allows permissions to be created for the selected view for users or teams. This option is also available from Statistics Permissions Tools > Generate Stats overlay Before a view can be displayed from the CRM Statistics Tab it requires generating. This option is also available from Generate stats overlay Help > Help Display this page.
The Statistics view maintenance form has three options.
View code This is a unique 3 digit code and can be numeric or alpha e.g. SP1
View Description This is the description of the view e.g. Sales Persons View
View Filter This will allow you to enter one or all (* for all) of the following departments to filter on in CRM statistics. If a Sales view is created you would probably select New and Used, if you required an after sales view then Workshop, Body shop and Parts would probably be selected. These departments are hard coded and are as follows:
Statistic Columns display in grid form when accessing CRM Statistics . Columns created need to be generated and show in the exact order that they appear in this view, these can be added, edited, deleted or viewed. The option to move the columns and have dividing lines is also available.
The following options are available to select depending on whether you are creating or editing the columns.
Click on the icon to add a new column to the view.
Select a column and click on icon to edit the column.
Select a column and click on icon to delete the column from the view. A message will display "Are you sure you want to delete this column?" Click on Yes to delete the column and No to return to the Stats view maintenance form.
Select a column and click on the double left arrow icon to move the column to the beginning of the view.
Select a column and click on the single left arrow icon to move the column one place to the left.
Select a column and click on the single right arrow icon to move the column one place to the right.
Select a column and click on the double right arrow icon to move the column to the end of the view.
