CRM Statistic Options

From the CRM Miscellaneous options menu, the CRM Statistics Options, presented in menu form, allow you to alter existing, and create new, statistics options which are used in My desktop. The options displayed are dependent on your CRM access priority as set up in permissions and securities. Where the option takes you into a grid, there are links to grid-editing from the option description.

Statistics View Maintenance: Priority 8 access. This option allows you to create the items users see when they are in the Statistics Tab of My desktop.

Statistics Permissions: Priority 8 access. This option allows you to determine what views a user has access to.

Generate Stats Overlay: Priority 8 access. Allows you to generate the CRM module routines which control the statistics columns

Create Stats Summary: Priority 8 access. This option allows you to create time periods for the statistics views and determine the event criteria shown within them.

Team management: Priority 8 access. Team management allows you to split executives into teams. The functionality of this option also allows you to vary the access that each member of a team has to his own, and other team members', contacts.

Targets: Priority 8 access. Targets allows you to create sales activity targets for sales executives.

Target Factors: Priority 8 access. Target Factors allows you to create a target factor that can be divided by an annual total in the target of a sales executive.
