Before you use the GM new menu pricing system you must set up its parameters.
This form is displayed when you select Tools > GM Menu Pricing parameters on the Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench Administrator form. It enables you to set up the menu pricing parameters.
Country code: Country code, selectable by clicking the drop-down button.
Language code: Language code, selectable by clicking the drop-down button.
Dealer identification code: Dealer identification code, issued by Vauxhall.
Automatic add-ons: If this checkbox is selected, menu add-ons are automatically loaded. If it is not, the add-ons can be loaded manually with the Menu Pricing Selection form.
Part type: Select the Part number or KAT number option button to determine which part type is used for the current market.
Time units: Format of labour time data, which you can select according to the market required in order to enable the system to calculate labour values correctly. One of the following:
asDTUs: Decimal Time Units, 60 minutes per unit, used for the UK.
asDTUsItaly: Decimal Time Units, 6 minutes per unit, used for Italy.
asAWs: AWs, 5 minutes per unit, used for the rest of the world.
XML Security Firewall: When this check box is ticked, the Edit button becomes available, enabling you to access the XML Security Firewall parameters.
Vehicle file version: Vehicle file version derived from the 0000_getVehicleFile_Response.xml file, which is imported automatically every month.
Buttons:
OK: Returns you to the Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench Administrator form, saving any changes you have made to the parameters.
Cancel: Returns you to the Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench Administrator form, abandoning any changes you have made to the parameters.
Edit: Enables you to access the XML Security Firewall parameters.
