This form is displayed when a claim record fails validation. That can happen in the following circumstances:
You right-click a line in the grid on the Ford GWE claim summary form and select the Validate option from the popup menu, or you select the Tools > Validate option from the menu bar.
You select Tools > Validate or File > Save from the menu bar of the Ford-GWE Claims form.
You attempt to deselect the Held status of a claim line in the Ford GWE Submissions form but it fails automatic validation.
You attempt to post a credit note or you attempt to preview a credit note.
You attempt to print an invoice in point-of-sale but it fails automatic validation.
Each line in the grid represents a validation test that the WIP failed. Make a note of each one, close the form, and add any missing information, or correct it, before trying again.
Your priority: The access privilege priority for the Autoline user ID under which you are logged in.
Override Priority: The access privilege priority required for the Override button to be displayed.
Buttons:
Override: Autoline ignores the validation failure and proceeds with the claim.
Note: The Override button is displayed only if the only validation failure is a blank Program code. This mainly applies to vehicles with a twelve month warranty period where a program code is not required. In the case of Transit vans, a program code is not required for 36 months.
