When you have invoiced work to a warranty account in Point-of-Sale, you must transfer the claim to the Ford GWE system. This is carried out using the claim maintenance facilities within Manufacturer Systems, where you can also manage a claim record until such a time as the claim is paid/rejected by the manufacturer.
