To find a claim record:
From the Renault Operations menu select the PGCS menu option.
The PGCS Claims Menu is displayed.
Select the Service and repair claims option.
The PGCS Claims form is displayed.
Click the Claim number ellipsis button or the Search for a claim toolbar icon
The Claim search form is displayed.
Tip: If the Claim search form lists, in its results grid, tasks from a previous search, you can click Reset to clear the grid.
Enter your Selection Criteria and click the Search button to display claims matching the criteria.
Autoline retrieves claim records falling within your selection criteria and displays them in the results grid.
Double click a claim line in the results grid to view it in more detail.
You are returned to the Claims form populated with details of the selected claim.
This form is displayed when you click the Search for a claim toolbar icon or you click the Claim number field's Ellipsis button
on the PGCS Claims form.
Claim number – From: Lowest claim record identification number included in the claim records retrieved when you click Search
Claim number – To: Highest claim record identification number included in the claim records retrieved when you click Search
Invoice number – From: Lowest invoice number, identifying the invoice from which the claim was created, included in the claim records retrieved when you click SearchInvoice number – To: Highest invoice number, identifying the invoice from which the claim was created, included in the claim records retrieved when you click Search
Invoice date – From: Earliest invoice, from which the claim was created, for claim records included in the claim records retrieved when you click SearchInvoice date – To: Latest invoice, from which the claim was created, for claim records included in the claim records retrieved when you click Search
WIP number – From: Lowest number of the WIP, from which the claim was created, of claims included in the claim records retrieved when you click SearchWIP number – To: Highest number of the WIP, from which the claim was created, of claims included in the claim records retrieved when you click Search
SL magic – From: Lowest sales ledger magic number, associated with the claim record, of claims included in the claim records retrieved when you click SearchSL magic – To: Highest sales ledger magic number, associated with the claim record, of claims included in the claim records retrieved when you click Search
Registration: Only display claim records for the vehicle with this registration numberTip: A search on a Registration partial string match works.
Account: Only display claim records invoiced to the specified account numberTip: Use the Ellipsis button
to find an Account number.
Status: Display only claim records at the specified stage of processingTip: Use the drop-down button
to select from a list of Status codes.
Include non-claims: A tick indicates that all invoiced tasks are displayed – not just claims
Claim: Claim record identification number
Invoice: Number identifying the invoice from which the claim was created
Inv date: Date of the Invoice
WIP: Number identifying the WIP record from which the claim was created
PayCode: W-code suffix
Reg no.: Registration number of the vehicle to which the claim record applies
Account: Number identifying the account to which the claim record is invoiced
SL magic: Sales ledger identifier associated with the claim record
PUSH BUTTONS:
Cancel: Closes the form and returns you to the PGCS Claims form
Search: Retrieves claim records falling within the specified Selection Criteria and displays them in the search results grid
Last WIP: Displays claims created from the last WIP
Note: If you load a costed WIP in Point-of-Sale with a claim on it and click the Last WIP button it enters the last WIP loaded into Selection Criteria.
Reset: Clears the Selection Criteria fields to their default values
Help: Displays the page you are reading
Print: Prints a hardcopy list of claims matching your Selection Criteria
