Print Receipt Labels

Note: This option uses program PC/LABEL.

You can print sticky labels for any specified purchase order number. These labels are often used in the binning process to facilitate ease of binning. They must be three across, forty columns wide, four rows deep.

Each label contains:

The labels are printed in purchase order number, purchase order line number sequence. Up to one hundred purchase order numbers can be specified.

Note: This report is not suitable to be run in End-of-Day.

To print receipt labels:

Note: Ensure that a suitable printer is selected and is on-line.

  1. From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Purchase Control Module and the Company you require.

    The PURCHASE CONTROL Menu is displayed.

  2. Select the Reports & Enquiries option.

    The PC REPORTS & ENQUIRIES Menu is displayed.

  3. Select the Print receipt labels option.

    The Print Receipt Labels form is displayed.

  4. Select the Supplier orders that require labels and click the Print button.

    A report status is displayed, and the labels are printed to the currently selected printer.

Print Receipt Labels Form

This form is displayed when you select the Print receipt labels option from the PC REPORTS & ENQUIRIES Menu.

Highlight the listed orders requiring labels (one order or several).

Tip: More than one selection can be made by clicking each required entry in the list. You can deselect an entry by clicking the entry again.

PUSH BUTTONS:

Print: Processes and prints labels for all selections (if no labels can be printed, a suitable warning is displayed)

Exit: Returns you to the Reports & enquires menu

Help: Displays help on the current program using the default browser

Note: The Schedule and Add to batch buttons are not available when running this report.
