Print Parts Advised

This report provides details of either all parts advised or exceptions only. It displays the following information:

To produce a parts advised report:

Note: Ensure that a suitable printer is selected and is on-line.

  1. From the Rev.8 Master Menu select the Purchase Control Module and the Company you require.

    The PURCHASE CONTROL Menu is displayed.

  2. Select the PC REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES option.

    The PC REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES Menu is displayed.

  3. Select the Print parts advised option.

    The Parts Advised form is displayed.

  4. Complete the form and click OK.

    The report is compiled and output in the selected format.

  5. Click Close.

    You are returned to the PC REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.

Print Parts Advised Form

This form is displayed when you select the Print parts advised option from the PC REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES Menu.

Output type: Select an output type for the report from one of the following:

Note: The default setting for Output type is Print.

Print exceptions only Y/N: Y to print exceptions only or N to print all parts advised

PUSH BUTTONS:

OK: Outputs the report in the selected format

Cancel: Returns you to the Reports and Enquiries menu

Help: Displays help on the current program in your default company browser

Note: The following buttons are not available when the Output type Display is selected.

Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler

Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group
