The change control menu covers the priority 8+ options required to set up reasons for audit, what is audited and the audit deletion process.
The CHANGE CONTROL menu is displayed when you select the Change control options option from the EMPLOYEE RECORDS MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu.
Reason codes: Set up of audit reasons.
Change log setup: Controls what is audited.
Delete change control records: Deletes audit data subject to retention lengths defined for each field.
