The recruitment processing menu covers the options required to record vacancies, applicants, pre-interview matching and processing of vacancies through all of the recruitment stages. Advanced options also exist for setting up default reasons and an application status map.
The Recruitment Processing menu is only shown on the main Human Resources menu if the Recruitment system has been switched on by an Autoline consultant.
The RECRUITMENT PROCESSING menu is displayed when you select the Recruitment processing option from the HUMAN RESOURCES menu.
Vacancy records: Recording vacancy details.
Applicant records: Recording applicant details.
Default reasons: Set up of default reasons.
Application status map: The application status map controls the status processing of applicants within the recruitment system.
Pre-interview matching: Processing of applicants for interview.
Process applicants by vacancy: Processing through the recruitment stages applicants for a specified vacancy.
Process vacancies by applicant: Processing through the recruitment stages vacancies for a specified applicant.
