The default human resource record is the human resource record used to begin with when creating a new human resource record.
Standard functionality exists that allows you to maintain the record.
To access the default human resource record
The Human Resources Password form is displayed.
Enter your human resource password.
The HUMAN RESOURCES menu is displayed.
Select the System maintenance option.
The SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.
Select Default human resource record option.
The default human resource record form is displayed.
The default human resource record form is displayed when you select the Default human resource record option from the SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu.
Whilst the human resources record consists of up to 16 different TABs only 6 of the TABs are relevant to the default record:-

Milestones
