Court order employee report (PR/rgK38)

The Court order employee report provides a printed output of all of the court order records for a range of employees within the current payroll type subject to your employee records module location security. It has a page break after each employee since it is intended for distribution to the employees whose court order information is printed.

To print a Court order employee report

  1. From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Payroll option and Company you require.

    The Payroll Password form is displayed.

  2. Enter your payroll password.

    The PAYROLL menu is displayed.

  3. Select the Miscellaneous options option.

    The PR MISCELLANEOUS menu is displayed.

  4. Select the Court order/CSL options option.

    The COURT ORDER menu is displayed.

  5. Select the Court order employee report option.

    The Court order - employee report (PR) form is displayed.

  6. Complete the form and click OK.

  7. A report status is displayed and the report is output on the current selected printer.

  8. Click Close to return to the COURT ORDER menu.


Court order - employee report (PR) Form

The Court order - employee report (PR) form is displayed when you select the Court order employee report option from the COURT ORDER menu.

Prompts

First employee (0 for all): Enter the first employee number or leave as 0 to print all employees up to the last employee number entered.

Last employee (0 for all): Enter the last employee number or leave as 0 to print all employees from the first employee number entered.

Click OK followed by Close once the report status is shown.

The report is only printed to the current selected printer.

Output content

The following fields are output:-

Employee number

Initials

Surname

Unique court order number

Unique sequence to apply number for the employee

Order balance used indicator

Payslip description

Start date

End date

Brought forward balance

Period deduction

Carried forward balance

Brought forward total payment

Sort sequence

Employee number - page break and sub total of the balance, payment and total fields

Unique sequence to apply number for the employee

Selection

Payroll records are included when the following conditions are met:-

PUSH BUTTONS:

OK: Prints the report to the currently selected printer.

Cancel: Returns you to the COURT ORDER menu.

Help: Displays help on the current application in your default company browser.

Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations Scheduler.

Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group.
