The SC SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed when the System maintenance option is selected from the STOCK CHECKING menu. Most of the options should only concern the system supervisor. If in any doubt about them, contact Autoline software support personnel.
Many of the items on the SC SYSTEM MAINTENANCE MENU are only available to a priority 9 user and therefore do not appear on your menu. In order to exercise any changes in these areas, contact Autoline software support personnel.
Prevent/allow access: This option, which is available on all modules of the system, enables the system administrator to either prevent or allow users access to the Stock Checking module.
File usage statistics: Provides you with a list of all the files within the Stock Checking database and the percentage in use situation for each one.
Reset in use flags: Resets any files that have an in-use flag set against them.
Verify files: Verifies that all the files within the Stock Checking database are intact and that no corruption has occurred.
System parameters: Enables you to check the parameters to be used when carrying out the stock check.
System controls: The system controls are maintained by the system and should not normally be edited.
Create files: These files are normally created for you at installation.
