This option allows you to print discount maps and discount tables for a single franchise or a range of franchises, and nominal tables. These tables are set up in POS Miscellaneous Options.
To print discount/nominal tables:
The POINT OF SALE menu is displayed.
Select the Reports & enquiries option.
The SO REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu is displayed.
Select the Print discount/nominal tables option.
The Print Discount/Nominal Tables form is displayed.
Do one of the following:
To print discount tables for a range of franchises, select the Range radio button, enter the range of franchises for which you want to print the discount tables, and click the Print button.
To print discount tables for a single franchise, select the Single radio button, enter the number of the discount table that you want to print (or leave the field set to 0 to print all discount tables), and click the Print button.
To print nominal tables, display the Nominal tables tab, select the tables that you want to print, and click the Print button.
The discount or nominal tables are printed to the currently selected printer.
The Print Discount/Nominal tables form is displayed when you select the Print discount/nominal tables option from the SO REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu. From this form you can print discount tables for a range of franchises or a single franchise, or print nominal tables.
From this tab you can print discount tables for a range of franchises or a single franchise. Select one of the following radio buttons and complete the associated fields to indicate which discount tables you want to print:
Range: Select this option if you want to print the discount tables for a range of franchises, and enter the first and last franchise codes in the range.
Tip: Click the 
button to display a list of valid franchise codes.
Single table: Select this option if you want to print discount tables for an individual franchise, and enter the franchise code.
Number, 0 for all: If you only want to print one discount table, enter the number of the discount table here. Alternatively, leave this field set to 0 to print all discount tables.
From this tab you can print nominal tables. To indicate which nominal tables you want to print, single-click the Description or Print column to toggle the Yes/No flag. Any tables flagged Yes will be printed.
Tip: Click row 1 to toggle the Yes/No flags for nominal tables 1-6, or click row 7 to toggle the Yes/No flags for tables 7-12.
Description: A description of the nominal table. Single-click a row to toggle the Yes/No flag in the Print column.
Codes: The nominal codes used in each nominal table. For each group of codes, the first code in the group is highlighted in blue. To toggle a group on/off, click the blue letter.
Print: Indicates whether the nominal table will be printed. With the exception of customer codes, all tables are set to Yes by default. Single-click a row to toggle the Yes/No flag.
PUSH BUTTONS:
Print: Prints the discount or nominal tables to the currently selected printer.
Exit: Returns you to the SO REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
