The Record Vehicle Health Check (VHC) function enables the recording of the visually actioned vehicle checks and subsequent upload of the checked actions into a Point-of-sale WIP.
Tip: If the CRM statistics function is installed, upon saving the WIP details of the actioned VHC checks are recorded within the CRM Statistics system.
These checks are scored according to whether the fault needs rectification. The exact scoring structure could be determined by each manufacturer. Examples of a possible scoring structure on a VHC printout are:-
Note: The columns and headings displayed on the Vehicle Health Check form can be personalized to meet the manufacturer requirement during the setup function. Each condition can be colourised (but the same colour cannot be duplicated) during setup. If a default needs to be set against a condition, this can again be assigned during setup (only one default can exist per franchise)
