This option is obtained by taking the Duty of care from Showroom Enquiry Builder Tools menu or from the Tools menu in Point-of-Sale.
The Duty of care document is displayed with all the recommendations reason calculated from the Demands and Needs survey.
The sales executive must make his or her customer aware of the recommendations and reasons for the recommendations. When a Duty of care statement has been printed the print options buttons are available in Showroom.
Tip: The Duty of care document can then be scanned and stored if required (scanning is not a mandatory process). However, is dependent on the UserEnv.txt file = B"DOCUMENTSCANNING","TRUE" and the document archive type being created and entered in the system parameters.
Customer: The customer's name.
Vehicle: The vehicle being enquired upon, if selected at time of performing the survey.
Demands and Needs survey date: The survey date.
In the recommendations section the compliance statement is held in system parameters. In addition the other four recommendation types are displayed in tabs, displaying the text held in the parameters.
When a Demands and Needs survey has been completed the results are displayed in under each recommendation tab. The number of recommendations is displayed in brackets in the tab heading.

Product The product code of the recommended option.
Reason The text of the recommendation.
Tip: Click a product to display the FSA view recommendation form.
The FSA View recommendation form displays the Product, Question, Comments and Reason text that makes up each recommendation.
Note: Reason texts are not used in all Question. The recommendations that do not have a reason text are displayed in the Other tab.
