Set-up

Before you invoice a warranty job, ensure that the following records are set up on the Autoline and Ford GWE systems. This is normally carried out by, or on advice from a consultant.

Autoline

• Visit repair types

• Repair record types

• Warranty parameters

Note: It is also recommended that you create Expense and Campaign items as Standard RTS codes.

Ford GWE

• Import/Export Parameters
