The submission of claims to Ford is carried out in two stages. You must first transfer claims from Autoline to Ford GWE and then import them into the Ford GWE system.
When you have imported claims into Ford GWE, there are a number of additional details that you must supply. You must enter these details on the Ford GWE system and then submit the claims to Ford.
