Advice note data are automatically uploaded to the Autoline system and converted into the correct file format. You can receive advice notes (N70) every morning except Saturday and Sunday because DSP does not run on these two days.
If, for any reason, the conversion fails, the software removes any records processed so far on the advice note file but does not remove the source advice note file.
E-mails are automatically generated by the Autoline system and sent to the person(s) identified in the Advice Note Parameter: Email address, warning of the problem.
It is worth noting that advice note files are normally named in a particular format, e.g. VO.ADVICE.73.980106.1030. Using this file as an example, the following table shows how the name is defined:
