PURPOSE:
To give the dealer a hard copy from which to work. This report shows parts on the N40 automatic order and parts with unusual demands, including abnormal demands, superseded parts and negative stock quantities.
FREQUENCY:
Reports must be printed daily and any errors corrected.
Note: There will be no N40 the first day after the weekend or the day after bank holidays.
PROCESS:
Produce a spool report. The print-out produced shows the parts on the N40 automatic order and the parts with unusual demand.
You must action any errors on the Autoline system - for example: negative stock balances, missing supersession information.
You must review unusual demand parts and decide whether to place on manual order or not.
CONSEQUENCES IF NOT DONE:
Errors will not be rectified until the next transaction on the part.
Supersession information will be out of date on the Autoline system.
Parts may not be re-ordered if there is an abnormal demand.
