The Volvo DSP system returns files that contain details of all movements on the Autoline system. These files give an indication of how the automatic stock orders (N40) are generated and abnormal demand parts. These files are held on the Autoline system for the number of days specified in the Advice Note Parameter: Days to keep unproc.
Autoline compiles this information into the DSP spool report. This report helps you to determine whether or not you need to order parts (currently deemed manual in DSP), in which case you should key the orders into Volvo Vision as a Class 3 order.
