The Volvo DSP system returns information about orders keyed into Volvo's own systems via Volvo Vision. There are three different types of order that you can raise via Volvo Vision:

In order to help you create Class 3 manual orders, a spool report exists on the Autoline system that identifies parts with an abnormal demand. You must review this report each day to determine what you want to order via Volvo Vision. For all orders that you want to raise via Volvo Vision, you must create purchase orders on the Autoline system first. When you key in the parts via Volvo Vision, you must enter the purchase order number generated by Autoline as the order reference. You can find the purchase order number in the Order No field of the Status Tab on the Advice Note and Order Processing Form.
