When you have invoiced service work in Point-of-Sale (POS), you can compile service notifications using information extracted, where possible, from the original invoice and marketing vehicle records.
There are two ways of creating service notifications. One method allows you to identify and create notifications from WIP's with outstanding service work. The other is dependent on you knowing the WIP number.
Note: The system identifies service work by searching for service codes on the service history that are flagged to update the next service date on the marketing vehicle record.
