Identifying Unsubmitted Records

A search routine is available that allows you to identify unsubmitted records. This is normally used after you have auto-created notifications. It allows you to easily identify the notifcations just created and to make any amendments required prior to submission.

To identify/amend unsubmitted records:

  1. From the VOLVO UK OPERATIONS menu, select the Service notifications option.
  2. The system prompts you for the Point-of-Sale (SO) company.

  3. Select the SO company and click OK.
  4. The Volvo Service Notification form is displayed.

  5. From the WIP number field, click the Ellipsis button [...].

    A pop-up menu is displayed.

  6. Select the Unsubmitted only option.

    The system displays a list of unsubmitted records.

  7. Select the notification that you want to amend.

    The details of the service are defaulted into the form.

  8. Click the Amend button.
  9. Make the necessary amendments and click the Save button.
  10. The record is saved.
