A search routine is available that allows you to identify unsubmitted records. This is normally used after you have auto-created notifications. It allows you to easily identify the notifcations just created and to make any amendments required prior to submission.
To identify/amend unsubmitted records:
The system prompts you for the Point-of-Sale (SO) company.
The Volvo Service Notification form is displayed.
A pop-up menu is displayed.
The system displays a list of unsubmitted records.
The details of the service are defaulted into the form.
The record is saved.
