Printing an Exception Report

The Print routine is used to print a report of vehicles that could not be matched against the Volvo data. These exceptions should be examined to determine whether the information held on the vehicle records is correct or not and amended accordingly.

To print an exception report:

  1. From the VOLVO UK OPERATIONS menu, select the Vehicle load option.

    The VOLVO VEHICLE LOAD menu is displayed.

  2. Select the Convert vehicle data option.

    The system prompts you for the Point-of-Sale (SO) company.

  3. Select the SO company and click OK.

    The Volvo Vehicle Load form is displayed.

  4. From the File menu, select the Analyse/Update database option.

    A dialog box is displayed with the following message:

    Analysis complete

  5. Click the OK button.

    The Statistic and Summary tabs are displayed.

  6. From the Summary tab click the Print button.

    The exception report is sent to the local printer and a dialog box is invoked with the following message:

    Report printed

  7. Click the OK button.
