In Manufacturer Systems > X3 > Vehicle Multi Currency, system parameters, control the priority of a user authorised to do the following:
Change the sales exchange rate on a vehicle offer in Showroom
Change the sales exchange rate of a vehicle stock record

In Autoline, you can change the purchase- and/or sales exchange -rate of individual stock records, one at a time. However, there is also a batching process that allows you to make a selection of vehicles, to see the current pricing details for each one (currency price, current exchange-rate, and base-currency price), and then to choose to change some, or all, at the same time.
Note: Before you use this program, you must ensure that the Autoline system is correctly set up. This is normally done by, or on advice from, an Autoline consultant. Consultants should refer to the handover document.
Make sure that the vehicle multi-currency parameters for priorities are set correctly. Ensure that Showroom system parameters are set correctly for editable states. Manufacturer Systems > X3 > Vehicle Multi Currency, system parameters, set the VS Sales exchange-rate priority.

Create a New Vehicle, Used Vehicle, or Recall Enquiry, to display the final Display Quote screen.
Select menu-bar option Edit > Exchange Rate… (Exchange Rate will be available if the current vehicle is a multi-currency vehicle, priority is greater than the multi-currency parameter priority field (SRQUEXST) and status is that of an editable state based on the SR system parameters.)
The Sales Exchange Rate Form is displayed.
After adding the new exchange rate, click Save.
This updates the table, X3.MS.vmcqu.
To revalue the vehicle Sales exchange rate:

Note: This menu option is only visible and available if the multi-currency parameter field, vsexchsa, is less than the current priority.
The Revaluation of Vehicle Sales Exchange Rate form is displayed.
Fill in the Filters, then select Refresh to reduce the number of records displayed.

Note: You can also manually add-in an exchange rate by selecting the New [Exchange] Rate column for a specific vehicle.
If you do not want a particular vehicle to be re-valued, you can toggle the re-valuation selection via the column Revalue, for a specific field.
When satisfied with the vehicles to be re-valued, select Process to re-value the vehicles.
When completed, a message is displayed.
And the table is refreshed, with the new vehicle updated.
During processing of the vehicles, the relevant files and fields are updated.
