Check the if the Default franchise field of the SM System Parameters is set to a franchise code for which the Price file code field is set to MB - Mercedes-Benz in the Franchise File.
With the Stock location creation and inquiry program you can maintain and display BIN locations in the Stock Management module. It possible to assign more than one part to one BIN location.
Parts warehouses are normally designed around Location's, Rack's, Bin's and Part number's.
BIN locations are linked to parts in order to store them in a warehouse. Because almost all parts have different sizes, these BIN locations are divided in different types. Depending on what size a BIN location type has, more or less BIN location can occur in a rack. A standard rack size is 1000 cm width and 2000 cm height.
The Maintaining Bin Location program calculates depending on the BIN location types, the number of bins per rack, the number of floor per rack and the number of sections per rack floor. The generated BIN locations can be linked to a part number.
This Maintain Stock Locations function enables the user maintenance of the Bin locations in the Stock Management module and assists the system calculation depending on the BIN location types.
Note: The flexible rack sizing functionality is currently only utilized in Italy.
To display empty Bin locations per type:
On the master menu, select Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Parts > Select SM company (if applicable) > Stock location maintenance > Empty Bin locations toolbar button 
or Inquiry > Empty Bin locations menu bar command.
The Empty Bin Locations Per Type form is displayed.
Select the Storage type and/or enter the Location required.
The Results grid is populated with data applicable to the selection.
This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Parts > Select SM company (if applicable) > Stock location maintenance > Empty Bin locations toolbar button or Inquiry > Empty Bin locations menu bar command. It displays the empty BIN locations of the selected Storage type.
