This program enables you to create, and maintain, Menu-pricing packages for specific vehicle model variants.

Menu number: Type the unique menu package identifier.
Region: Select the region for which the menu package is available.
Company: Select the linked POS company for which the menu package is available. Leave this field blank for all companies.
Menu description: Type the description of the menu package.
Valid from: Type the effective From date and To date for the current menu package.
Chassis validation: Type a valid 17-character start and end Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of the menu package.
Damagecode: The damage code associated with the menu package. Used for menu's that are reserved for campaigns. Hence, the damage code is directly linked to the WIP.
Menu Type: Enter the type of the menu package.
Menu Group: A statistical menu grouping code that is assigned to the menu package. This field is automatically populated with the first two digits of the menu number.
Tabs:
The Menu-details tab details the parts and labour lines that are associated with the menu package:
Grid:
Sequence: Displays the sequential number of the parts/labour item within the menu package.
Product: Displays the part number/labour code of the menu details line.
Description: Displays the description of the part/labour item.
Quantity: Displays the quantity of parts/labour to be used by the menu package.
Remarks: Displays any relevant remarks associated with the menu package part/labour line.
Grid Shortcut Menu:
Amend detail-line: Depending on the selected gridline, the Menuprincing maintenance - Partslines form or Menuprincing maintenance - Labourline form is opened to change the details required.
Remove detail-line: Deletes the selected partsline or labourline and refreshes the grid.
Add PARTS-line: Opens the Menuprincing maintenance - Partslines form, complete and save the new record to add the part line to the menu package.
Add LABOUR-line: Opens the Menuprincing maintenance - Labourline form, complete and save the new record to add the labour line to the menu package.
Exit: Returns to the grid.
Menu-Details Tab Buttons:
Add part: Adds Part lines to the menu package.
Add labour Adds labour lines to the menu package.
Tip: Right-click in the grid to open the shortcut menu. You can also double click to change the details of a labourline or partsline.
The Fixed menu-prices tab details any fixed price menu packages that are associated with the menu package. It allows you to create, and maintain, fixed-price menu packages.
Grid:
Pricecode: Displays the fixed menu price code.
Description: Displays the description of the fixed menu price.
Valid from: Displays the effect start date for the fixed menu price.
Valid until: Displays the effective end date for the fixed menu price.
Lab%: Displays the fixed menus labour percentage.
Parts%: Displays the fixed menus parts percentage.
Fixed-price: Displays the fixed price monetary value.
Calc type: Displays how discount is calculated for the part or labour.

Grid Shortcut Menu:
Amend pricing: Opens the Package price calculation form to change the details required.
New menuprice: Opens the Package price calculation form, complete and save the new record to add the fixed menu-price to the menu package.

Exit: Returns to the grid.

The Packages included tab details the menu packages that are included within the selected Menu package:
Grid:
Menu-number: Displays the menu package number included with the prime menu package.
Description: Displays the description of the included menu package.
Quantity: Displays the unit quantity of parts / labour from the included menu package.
Remark: Displays any relevant remarks in relation to the included menu package.
Grid Shortcut Menu:
Remove included menupackage: Deletes the selected gridline and refreshes the grid.
Add included menupackage: Opens the Select packages to INCLUDE into the current package form, select the required package(s) and save to include the package(s) to the current menu package.
Exit: Returns to the grid.
Packages Included Tab Button:
Add: Adds packages that are included within the prime package.
Tip: Right-click in the grid to open the shortcut menu.
The Packages Linked tab details any Menu packages that are indirectly linked to or included within the selected Menu package:
Grid:
Menu-number: Displays the linked menu package number.
Description: Displays the linked menu package description.
Grid Shortcut Menu:
Link to new concurrent package: Opens the Select packages to be LINKED to the current package form, select the required package(s) and save to link the package(s) to the current menu package.
Remove this link: Deletes the selected gridline and refreshes the grid.
Exit: Returns to the grid.
Packages Linked Tab Button:
Add: Adds packages that are linked to the prime package.
Tip: Right-click in the grid to open the shortcut menu.
The Linked menu-items tab details the parts and labour lines from other Menu packages that are linked to the selected Menu package:
Warning: Be aware that if you chain or replace a certain labour or part, this change is done for ALL menu packages for which this labour or part exists.
Grid:
Part/labour item: Displays the linked part/labour item code.
Description: Displays the description of the linked part/labour item.
Link-type: Displays the type of link to be used.

Into Part/Labour item: Displays the part / labour item that is to be Chained or Replaced.
Fixed quantity: Displays the fixed quantity to be substituted for the replaced or chained part / labour item.
Fixed qty-factor: Displays the fixed quantity factor to be substituted for the replaced or chained part / labour item.
Grid Shortcut Menu:
Add a new link to another part/labour: Opens the Link or chain through menu-items form, complete and save the new record to add to the menu package.
Remove this link: Deletes the selected gridline and refreshes the grid. Only applicable if the menu package is stored with linked lines.
Exit: Returns to the grid.
Tip: Right-click in the grid to open the shortcut menu.
Grid:
Damage code: Displays the damage code.
Note: Click the Ellipsis button to open the Damagecode Search form when adding a damage code.
Damage description: Displays the description of the damage code.
Grid Shortcut Menu:
Add a new damage code: Completes and saves the new record to add to the menu package.
Delete a damage code: Deletes the selected gridline and refreshes the grid. Only applicable if the menu package is stored with damage codes
Exit: Returns to the grid.
Tip: Right-click in the grid to open the shortcut menu.
From the Mercedes-Benz menupricing form, selecting the maintenance toolbar options displays
Selecting the Create package option displays an empty Menupricing Maintenance form.
Complete the Menupricing Maintenance form.
Selecting the Save menupackage option saves and creates a new menu package.
