Used to define which approval codes are to be made exempts from the standard auto-approval repeat checks or, to set new criteria for these codes on an individual basis.
To access the Web Auto-Approval Parameters (Exclusions Tab):
From the Master Menu, select the Maintenance Control option and Company required.
The Maintenance Control menu is displayed.
Select the System Maintenance option.
The System Maintenance menu form is displayed.
Select the Web Auto-Approve Rules option.
The Web Auto-Approval Parameters form is displayed.
Select the Exclusions Tab.
Exclusions from the rules defined within the General Tab. The following fields are displayed:
Reason Codes using standard checks: The reason codes that adhere to the parameters defined within the General Tab.
Add to Exclusions icon: Moves Reason Codes to the Reasons with non-standard rules list box.
Make a standard icon: Returns the selected reason code to the Reason Codes using standard checks list box.
Reasons with non-standard rules: A double-click on an item within this list box brings up the Repeat Item Checking criteria form. This form enables entry of the different rules to be used for these items.
Reasons excluded from the web: Reason codes to be totally excluded from web input.
