You can view and amend the Company specific parameters.
To display the Company specific parameters:
From the GENERAL M0TORS OPERATIONS MENU select the New vehicle data extract option and a Vehicle Stockbook company if you are prompted for one.
The GM New vehicle data extract capture form is displayed.
Click the Edit parameters button 
on the toolbar.
The GDX Company Specific Parameters form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you click the Edit parameters button on the toolbar on the GM New vehicle data extract capture form. It enables you to view and amend the Company specific parameters.
GDX type: Type of Generic data Extract.
Description: Description of the export.
Comments: Brief comments about the export.
Export directory: Directory where the exported file will be put.
Export filename: Filename for the export.
File match string: Derived from GDX type (read-only).
Format: Defined elsewhere (read-only).
Export write mode: Defined elsewhere (read-only).
Transfer type: Generic file transfer type, selectable by clicking the Ellipsis button.
Default date flag: Not used.
Backdata days: Not used.
Buttons:
Cancel: Returns you to the GM New vehicle data extract capture form, abandoning any changes you have made.
Save: Returns you to the GM New vehicle data extract capture form, saving any changes you have made.
