You can amend the Sales category mapping parameters.
To amend the Sales category mapping parameters:
From the GENERAL M0TORS OPERATIONS MENU select the New vehicle data extract option and a Vehicle Stockbook company if you are prompted for one.
The GM New vehicle data extract capture form is displayed.
Select Tools > Vehicle data extract parameters on the menu bar or click the Vehicle data extract parameters button 
on the toolbar.
The Vehicle Data Extract Parameters form is displayed.
On the Sales category mappings tab, select the sales category mappings parameter you want to amend.
The Amend button becomes available.
Click Amend.
The Amend Parameters form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you click Amend on the Vehicle Data Extract Parameters form Sales category mappings tab. It enables you to view and amend the Sales category mappings parameters.
Autoline code: Identifies a DMS.
Autoline description: Describes the DMS.
GM code: One of the following:
RET: Retail
FLT: Fleet
FLT2: Fleet 2
FLT3: Fleet 3, Commission Direct Sales
LES: Leasing
OPL: Opel Network
INT: Internal Sales, for example Demo
CA: Commercial Agents
GM description: Describes a GM code.
Buttons:
Exit: Returns you to the Vehicle Data Extract Parameters form, abandoning any changes you made.
Save: Returns you to the Vehicle Data Extract Parameters form, saving any changes you made.
