To amend the Dealer parameters:
From the GENERAL M0TORS OPERATIONS MENU select the New vehicle data extract option and a Vehicle Stockbook company if you are prompted for one.
The GM New vehicle data extract capture form is displayed.
Select Tools > Vehicle data extract parameters on the menu bar or click the Vehicle data extract parameters button 
on the toolbar.
The Vehicle Data Extract Parameters form is displayed.
On the Dealer parameters tab, select the dealer parameter you want to amend.
The Amend button becomes available.
Click Amend.
The Amend Parameters form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you click Amend on the Vehicle Data Extract Parameters form Dealer parameters tab. It enables you to view and amend the Dealer parameters.
VSB Company: Identifies a Vehicle Stockbook company.
VSB location: Location of VSB dealer or sub-dealer.
Dealer name: Identifies the currently selected dealer.
Dealer code: The GM dealer code.
USPC code: USPC code to appear in the extract.
Outlet code: Outlet code to appear in the extract.
Country code: ISO country code for this dealer, selectable by clicking the Ellipsis button.
Buttons:
Exit: Returns you to the Vehicle Data Extract Parameters form, abandoning any changes you made.
Save: Returns you to the Vehicle Data Extract Parameters form, saving any changes you made.
