You can view and amend the Vehicle data extract parameters.
To display the Vehicle data extract parameters:
From the GENERAL M0TORS OPERATIONS MENU select the New vehicle data extract option and a Vehicle Stockbook company if you are prompted for one.
The GM New vehicle data extract capture form is displayed.
Select Tools > Vehicle data extract parameters on the menu bar or click the Vehicle data extract parameters button 
on the toolbar.
The Vehicle Data Extract Parameters form is displayed.
This form is displayed when, on the GM New vehicle data extract capture form, you select Tools > Vehicle data extract parameters on the menu bar or click the Vehicle data extract parameters button on the toolbar. It enables you to view and amend the Vehicle data extract Dealer and Sales Category parameters.
Button:
Exit: Returns you to the GM New vehicle data extract capture form.
Location: Location of VSB dealer or sub-dealer.
Dealer code: The GM dealer code.
VS company: The code for the Vehicle Stockbooks company.
USPC code: USPC code to appear in the extract.
Outlet code: Outlet code to appear in the extract.
Country code: ISO country code for this dealer.
Dealer name: Name of the currently selected dealer.
Buttons:
Amend: Enables you to amend the dealer parameters for the currently selected dealer parameter.
Delete: Deletes the currently selected dealer parameter.
Note: These buttons become available when you have selected a line in the grid.
As this file is auto-populated on entry to the interface, any new locations will be displayed in the grid ready for mapping. So the Delete option will only mark as deleted so that the record does not appear to the user but remains in the table.
All relevant sales categories must be mapped to GM codes. Any codes not mapped are sent through to Vauxhall as OTH and use the Autoline description from the VS.stype table.
DMS code: Identifies type of extract.
DMS description: Describes a dealer.
GM code: Manufacturer-supplied code to be mapped by the dealer.
GM Description: Describes a GM code.
Buttons:
