On Day 1 of Go-Live, an Autoline consultant submits the initial stock position to Volvo. Thereafter, Autoline submits stock movement and amendment files to Volvo automatically.
In the event of a problem with Scheduled Events, MS Support will advise you to submit stock movement and amendment files manually.
Warning: You must only manually submit a file to Volvo on advice from MS Support.
The DSP Options form is displayed when you select the Movements and set-up option from the VOLVO UK DSP Menu. From this form, an Autoline consultant manually submits the initial set-up file to Volvo, and the dealer can manually submit movement/amendment files in the event of a problem.
Warning: Manual submission of files must not be carried out without advice from MS Support.

Select one of the following three option buttons:
Stock-movements (D40): Allows you to submit the stock movements (D40) file manually to Volvo in the event of a problem with scheduled events. This must only be carried out on advice from MS Support.
Stock-amendments (D32): Allows you to submit the stock amendments (D32) file manually to Volvo in the event of a problem with scheduled events. This must only be carried out on advice from MS Support.
Initial-setups (C01&C02): This option is used by an Autoline consultant to submit the initial stock position to Volvo on set-up.
