The Vehicle Administration form is displayed.
The vehicle finder allows you to run a selected search for any vehicle new and used, within any company or run a full search, which would find all vehicles in all companies .
To display a vehicle right click, select the Display vehicle option,this will display the vehicle stock record.
Note: The facility to display a vehicle record is disabled if owned by another company.
To tag a vehicle right click, select the tag a vehicle option, this will highlight the vehicle stock record number in a different colour.
Note: You have the option to reserve a tagged vehicle.
To untag a vehicle, right click on the vehicle, select Un-tag vehicle option.
To reserve a vehicle right click, select the reserve a vehicle option, this will take you to a password screen, enter the sales executive, No of days to reserve the vehicle and password to confirm, this will highlight the vehicle in a different colour.
Note: When viewing the vehicle record, the reservation fields within the sale brief tab will be completed, to advise you who and when the vehicle was reserved and for how long.
