Pushing specification lines to Point-of-Sale.

The Vehicle Administration form is displayed.

Within vehicle stock books there is a new facility to enable users to push PDI and used vehicle reconditioning requests through to point-of-sale with a required by date/time, and the ability to 'pull' these from an open list for workshop loading purposes.

Recoverable & Non-recoverable lines with a source of 'W' (work in progress) can be pushed to point-of-sale, replacing the need for the user to manually enter the lines onto a WIP. The lines are now 'pushed' and picked up in point-of-sale from where the WIP details can be generated.

The 'push' facility is available from within the vehicle record (Vehicle administration), once the vehicle record has been opened, the vehicle options can be edited or added as specification lines in the normal way (on either the Specification or Cost Details tab).

Once all the vehicle preparation and re-conditioning lines have been added to the vehicle it would be advisable to save the record first before 'pushing' the lines to point-of-sale.
