The Vehicle Administration form is displayed.
If you need to push multiple lines (that are consecutive in the grid), click the first line, hold down the press the Shift key and then click the last line. All the lines will be highlighted as a Marked block.
Right click any of the highlighted lines and choose the Push to POS option.

POS Company: Select the point-of-sale company, (Click on the drop-down to select the appropriate company number if not known.)
Date required: Enter the date and time for when the work is required by. (this is a mandatory field.)
Time required: Enter time work required by. This is a mandatory field, the date cannot be prior to today's date, if entered a warning will be displayed.
Notes: Enter any further notes.
Click on the push button to proceed. (a message will be displayed if the lines have been successfully pushed to POS.)
Note: If you push additional lines for the same vehicle and point-of-sale company, the system checks to see if any vehicle preparation already exists. If so, when further lines are pushed across, and once the point-of-sale company has been selected, the date, time required and notes details from the previously raised preparation will default onto the screen. These are display only, once saved these new lines will be referenced with the same header number as the existing vehicle preparation files.
To check if a WIP has been created, highlight the specification line required, then right click on the Amend/Display option.
To pull a line back from POS to Vehicle stock books. Choose Pull from POS.
