Show pictures

Show picture.

The Vehicle Administration form is displayed.

This gives the facility for users to view multi or singular pictures for a certain vehicle, within Vehicle stockbooks. These picture are held locally on the users PC, these are then selected are converted with a defined JPEG file name.

Example: ACLASS.jpg to 000615.001.jpg.

000615 = Vehicle stock record number

001 = the company number

The ACLASS.jpg will still be held locally on th Users PC, the defined JPEG will be held on the server. This enables the JPEG's held locally to be selected more than once.

To select multi pictures on a vehicle.

Open the vehicle required, ensure that the vehicle is in amend mode.

Click on the

button.

Click on Manage pictures.

Note: The Show pictures option will only be enabled when pictures have been pre-selected and saved. The option to select a default picture is still available.

Select the picture required from the left hand side column. (The Transfer button will enable.

Click on the Transfer button to move the files from your PC to the server.

When all pictures are selected, highlight the pictures you require to be assigned to the vehicle.

Click on the Assign picture(s) to vehicle Button.

This will prompt a message. Click yes to continue or no to cancel.

To select a default picture.

Select the picture required.

Click the 'Set as default'.
