The Vehicle Administration form is displayed.
This option allows you to transfer specification lines from vehicle to vehicle. To transfer an option, right click on the line required and choose the option 'transfer line out'.
You will be prompted with the open a record number screen, this will enable you to select the record number you wish to transfer the specification line to. When the vehicle is selected you will be prompted to confirm whether the details are correct confirm Yes or No
Note: Options cannot be transferred to a vehicle if the factory options do not apply to the receiving vehicle. For example it would not be possible to transfer an electric sun-roof to a cabriolet variant.
It is not possible to invoice the options on the donating vehicle. The source code has been changed from F to T to indicate that the option has been transferred.
On the receiving vehicle, the options appear as normal factory fitted options ready for invoicing to the customer.
All the values associated with options have been transferred including the car tax value.
