Printing a Service Notification

The following routine allows you to print the details of the service notification. The report contains a record of the following details:

• Model number
• Registration number
• Service date
• Life Time Care flag
• Importer code
• Comments
• Chassis number
• Mileage
• Next service date
• Servicing dealer code

Note: You are also given the opportunity to print these details when you submit notifications to Volvo.

To print a service notification:

1. From the VOLVO UK OPERATIONS menu, select the Service notifications option.

The system prompts you for the Point-of-Sale (SO) company.

2. Select the SO company and click OK.

The Volvo Service Notification form is displayed.

3. Enter the WIP number and press the TAB key.

Tip: Click the Ellipsis button [...] to search for a WIP by chassis, WIP or registration or number, or to identify unsubmitted records.

The service notification details are defaulted into the form.

4. From the File menu, select the Print option.

   The system prints the service notification to the currently selected printer.
