Amending a Claim

Note: You cannot amend a claim that you have already submitted to Volvo. A warning is given if a claim has previously been submitted.

To amend a claim:

1. From the VOLVO OPERATIONS menu, select the Warranty option.

   The VOLVO UK WARRANTY menu is displayed.

2. Select the Warranty claims option.

   The system prompts you for a SO company.

3. Select the SO company and click OK.

   The Volvo UK Warranty Claims form is displayed.

4. Enter WIP number.

   Tip: The Ellipse [...] search routine is provided so you can search for a WIP.

   The claim is displayed.

5. Amend the claim as necessary.

6. Select the Save option.

   The amendments made to claim are saved.
