Displaying a Claim

The following set of instructions allow you to display the details of a WIP onto the Volvo UK Warranty Claims form.

To display a claim:

1. From the VOLVO OPERATIONS menu, select the Warranty option.

   The VOLVO UK WARRANTY menu is displayed.

2. Select the Warranty claims option.

   The system prompts you for the SO company.

3. Select the SO company and click the OK button.

   The Volvo UK Warranty Claims form is displayed.

4. Enter the WIP number and press the TAB key.

   Tip: The Ellipse [...] routine is available to help you identify the correct repair order number by using various search criteria.

   The claim is displayed.
