Deleting a Claim

The Delete routine allows you to delete a warranty claim.

To delete a claim:

1. From the VOLVO OPERATIONS menu, select the Warranty option.

   The VOLVO UK WARRANTY menu is displayed.

2. Select the Warranty claims option.

   The system prompts you for the SO company.

3. Select the SO company and click OK.

   The Volvo UK Warranty Claims form is displayed.

4. Enter WIP number and press TAB key.

   Tip: The Ellipses [...] routine is available to help you identify the correct repair order number, by Chassis, Registration or WIP number.

   Details of the WIP are entered on the form.

5. Select the Delete option.

   Claim is deleted.
