The Vehicles Serviced tab defines the vehicles that have been serviced in line with the campaign requirements.
Note: This tab is only for information. The toolbar buttons Add, Move and Delete are disabled.
To refine the display of available vehicles:
Note: The default selected vehicles list is based upon the Select all option.
Access the required campaign.
Click the Vehicles Waiting For Service tab.
Clicking the Vehicle selection lists the available selection criteria.

3 Dealer vehicles
Clicking the required selection refreshes the grid with the relevant vehicles.
This tab is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Service > Menu - Service campaigns > New service campaigns module > Vehicles Serviced tab.
Menu Bar and Action:

File > New | Create a new Campaign. |
File > Open | Opens an existing campaign. |
File > Import | Imports a campaign from manufacturer interface. |
File > Delete | Deletes a campaign. The campaign is NOT recoverable. |
File > Exit | Returns you to the Menu - Service campaigns. |
Maintain > Edit | Maintains the selected campaign. |
Maintain > Save | Saves all data of the campaign. Only available if the Campaign is in edit-mode. |
Maintain > Cancel | Cancels the maintenance of a campaign. Only available if the Campaign is in edit-mode. |
Vehicle > Add | Opens the CRM module to select a vehicle. |
Vehicle > Move | Moves a selected vehicle to the Vehicles not serviced Tab. The move selected vehicles form opens to give a reason why the vehicle is not serviced. |
Vehicle > Remove | Deletes selected vehicles from the campaign. |
Options > Print | Prints details of the campaign. |
Options > Letters | Creates or maintains letters for the campaign. |
Options > History | Displays the letter history of the campaign. |
Options > Send to DAG | Exports details of the campaign to DAG. |
Options > Settings | Opens the Settings form. Here you can set parameters and maintain tables. |
Help > Help | Displays this help topic in a web browser. |
Help > About | Displays version and copyright information. |
Fields:
Unique ID: System generated unique campaign identifier.
Created: Date the campaign was created.
Description: Description of the campaign.
Fields:
Search for chassis: The search of chassis refreshes the display grid accordingly. You can use the ? and * wildcards in the chassis number.
Vehicle selection: The selection of vehicles refreshes the display grid according to the selection.

Colours Description Green Serviced colour key. Vehicles are serviced where warranty is already claimed. Red In service colour key. Vehicles are in service if they are selected in Point of Sale as In service and the warranty is not claimed. Note: In a dealer campaign there is no warranty to show if the vehicle is serviced. Therefore you can set the status Serviced manually via a menu as described in the Vehicles waiting for Service tab.
Grid:
Registration: Registration number of the vehicle.
Chassis: 17 character vehicle identification number (VIN) of the vehicle.
Finished: Date the vehicle was serviced.
Contact: CRM target owner associated with the vehicle.
Last printed: Date the last letter for the vehicle was printed.
Last letter: Defines the last letter printed.
