Viewing Campaign Status Report

See also: New service campaigns module

The Status Report tab displays a realtime snap shot of the campaign data in pictorial format.

What do you want to do?

Status Report Tab

This tab is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Service > Menu - Service campaigns > New service campaigns module > Status Report tab.

Menu Bar and Action:

Menu bar Action
File > New Create a new Campaign.
File > Open Opens an existing campaign.
File > Import Imports a campaign from manufacturer interface.
File > Delete Deletes a campaign. The campaign is NOT recoverable.
File > Exit Returns you to the Menu - Service campaigns.

Maintain > Edit Maintains the selected campaign.
Maintain > Save Saves all data of the campaign. Only available if the Campaign is in edit-mode.
Maintain > Cancel Cancels the maintenance of a campaign. Only available if the Campaign is in edit-mode.

Vehicle > Add Opens the CRM module to select a vehicle.
Vehicle > Move Moves a selected vehicle to the Vehicles not serviced Tab. The move selected vehicles form opens to give a reason why the vehicle is not serviced.
Vehicle > Remove Deletes selected vehicles from the campaign.

Options > Print Prints details of the campaign.
Options > Letters Creates or maintains letters for the campaign.
Options > History Displays the letter history of the campaign.
Options > Send to DAG Exports details of the campaign to DAG.
Options > Settings Opens the Settings form. Here you can set parameters and maintain tables.

Help > Help Displays this help topic in a web browser.
Help > About Displays version and copyright information.

Fields:

Unique ID: System generated unique campaign identifier.

Created: Date the campaign was created.

Description: Description of the campaign.

Status Report Tab (Graph mode)

Option buttons:

Vehicle status:

Describes the various stati stages of a campaign. For every status a colour is determined, this is used as a colourized key to the displayed graph. Behind every status the number of vehicles of the status is given between brackets.

Waiting for service: Select to include the vehicles waiting service in the graph.

Not found: Select to include the vehicles not found in CRM in the graph.

Serviced: Select to include the vehicles that have been serviced as part of the campaign in the graph.

In service: Select to include the vehicles that are being processed as part of the campaign in the graph.

Not serviced: Select to include the vehicles that are not going to be serviced in the graph.

Hidden: Select to include the hidden vehicles in the graph.

Buttons:

Update Graph Refreshes the displayed graph based upon the user graph selections.

Campaign information

Manufacturer: Defines the manufacturer who issued the campaign.

Campaign ID: Manufacture Campaign Identifier.

Action: Defines the action required by the manufacturer.

Updating Graph

Note: The graph displayed can be adjusted by using the Vehicle status selections.

To update graph:

  1. Access the required campaign.

  2. Click the Status report tab.

  3. Clicking the Update graph button, activates the refresh of the campaign information based upon the Vehicle status selections.

Status Report Tab (Report mode)

Option buttons:

Field:

List of available reports added by the user, these reports are predefined in Autoline.

Buttons:

Add: Adds a report to the campaign.

Remove: Removes a report from the campaign.

Note: The remove option will remove the report only from this list. The report will still exist in the Report Generator.

Campaign information

Manufacturer: Defines the manufacturer who issued the campaign.

Campaign ID: Manufacture Campaign Identifier.

Action: Defines the action required by the manufacturer.

Adding a Report to The List of Campaign Reports

To add a report to the list of campaign reports:

  1. Clicking the Add button, displays the Add report to Campaign form.

  2. Complete the fields.

  3. Click OK.

Add Report to Campaign Form

This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Service > Menu - Service campaigns > New service campaigns module > Status Report tab > Reports option button > Add button.

Fields:

Report file: Defines the Autoline report identifier.

Report name: Defines the Autoline report name.

Buttons:

OK: Adds the entered report to the campaign list of available reports.

Cancel: Cancels the adding of a report to the list of available reports.

Removing a Report From The List of Campaign Reports

To remove a report to the list of campaign reports:

  1. Click the Report to be removed highlights it for selection.

  2. Click the Remove button removes the highlighted report from the list of available reports.

Processing a Report From The List of Campaign Reports

To process a report to the list of campaign reports:

  1. Double-click the Report to be processed will activate the report for processing.
