The Archive options option will only appear on the Payroll Miscellaneous options menu if either the Payroll type parameter on the General - 2 TAB called Detailed history is ticked or if the Payroll type parameter on the End of Year TAB called Archive at year end is ticked.
The Archive options menu contains options used to display the payroll record, P11 history and sickness archive records created at the payroll year end and also to display the detailed history records created when selecting a new payroll period. Deletion options for the above data and also the ability to print the previous tax year P35 and P60 are also present.
The ARCHIVE menu is displayed when you select the Archive options option from the PAYROLL Miscellaneous options menu.
Display payroll record: Displays the Archive payroll records.
Display payroll history: Displays the Archive payroll history.
Display SSP history: Displays the Archive Statutory Sick Pay history.
Delete archive records: Deletion of the tax year end archive records.
Display detailed history: Displays the detailed history file.
Delete detailed history: Deletion of the detailed history records.
P14/P60 forms: Print the previous tax year P14/P60 forms for paper based filing users.
P35 listing: Print the previous tax year P35 listing.
P60 forms: Print the previous tax year P60 forms for internet filing users.
Archive payroll records: Allows for the archive payroll records to be maintained.
Archive payroll history: Allows for the archive payroll history records to be maintained.
