The Vehicle Administration form is displayed.
Within the vehicle menu, the following options are available.
Tick Sheet: Displays options which can be used in relation to the Generic Option Category function within Franchise Data. Options created and attached to options and/or variant(s) in franchise data will automatically be ticked, or users can manually tick an option for a certain vehicle.
Quickmail: Facility for internal email.
Sales calculation: Displays any sales transactions, advising the account code, document number, date, reference, amount and amount paid.
Dealer transfers. Transfer a vehicle to another dealer.
Convert to: convert vehicles to other categories.
Demonstrator. Available for new vehicles only.
Courtesy car. Available for new vehicles only.
Hire vehicle. Available for new vehicles only.
Used demo vehicle: Available for used vehicles only.
Push to POS. Push specification lines (both recoverable and non-recoverable) to POS.
Can't undo: This option will change as you use the demonstrator function.
